Raw materials for alcoholic beverages

The main feature in the technology of alcoholic is that for the production is used not only alcohol rectified from wheat, but also cognac and fruit alcohols, which enrich the taste and aroma of beverages. All used alcohols of the highest quality must undergo a selection and strict laboratory control.

The important components that determine the taste and aroma of beverages are the natural components of plant origin from which infusions and aromatic alcohols are prepared. The most difficult and interesting is the preparation of aromatic alcohols. To obtain them, ready-made infusions are distilled in a special alambika, and the aroma of herbs and fruits is concentrated in the resulting aromatic alcohol.
The most important component in all drinks is pure water. We take natural water from a well located in an ecologically clean area. In order to use water to dilute alcoholic beverages, it must undergo a multi-stage filtration system and salt content correction.
Blend of drinks

A blend is a mixing in a certain ratio of a measured amount of various types of raw materials, alcohols and water. Blend is carried out in special tanks equipped with mixing devices. Alcoholic drinks are produced in strict accordance with the developed and approved recipes. After preparation, the laboratory of the enterprise selects the average sample from the blending reservoir and analyzes for compliance with the physico-chemical and organoleptic indicators.

Only new bottles are used for all our drinks. The bottling takes place on special bottling line machines set up for a specific bottle. Each bottle is washed with softened water, and then checked for purity and integrity. Alcoholic beverages are poured into the bottle exactly in accordance with its nominal capacity, then corked with a special cork or screw cap. Corked products are delivered to the certified automatic visual inspection, which excludes contact with the consumer, even with the smallest inclusions or poorly closed. The final stage - applying self-adhesive labels and dates of bottling. Before packing in cardboard boxes, the bottle is once again inspected by the Quality Controller. Finished products are transported by the enterprise’s own vehicles to stores.

The long process of preparing alcoholic beverages is completed and now the bottles are on the store shelf and are waiting for their buyer.
